‘Blog of the Year 2012’ Award
The Thought Palette hosts the ‘Blog of the Year 2012’ Award. And World Whisperer told me about it, in the sweetest way possible, she voted for me. That’s a very good opportunity to give some of the kindness back, I received from several bloggers.
World Whisperer nominated me, that means I got one star, hurray.
The ‘rules’ for this award are simple:

Yes – that’s right – there are stars to collect!
Unlike other awards which you can only add to your blog once – this award is different!
When you begin you will receive the ‘1 star’ award – and every time you are given the award by another blog – you can add another star!
There are a total of 6 stars to collect.
Which means that you can check out your favourite blogs – and even if they have already been given the award by someone else – you can still bestow it on them again and help them to reach the maximum 6 stars!

A whisper through the world in english, see above for obvious reason. And the puppies are so cute and the videos are so nice.
Rumpydog makes me laugh a lot and nothing is more precious than humour. You know, we Germans don’t have any, but still…
The Misadventures of Misaki. Same reason, Misaki is a funny little girl.
The Travelling Pear. I met parts of the pear in real life and they are wonderful people.
Raising Poppy Seed. Rudi asked me to add this blog, he’s in love with Poppy.
Fostrickson don’t worry. I got never time to accept awards myself. Just watch upon it as a sign that I thought of you.
denobears you’re the only person I know who lives in Bulgaria, I think that’s enough to receive an award. 
L’Historien Errant. I’m not completely vain, there is sometimes still a bit of brain in me, and it likes adventures in art, history and literature.
So that’s it for 2012. I know some of the other blogs I follow don’t like awards at all. And I can understand that. I didn’t name the pure German blogs I follow, though some certainly deserve an award. They are written in German, the award is English. Sorry folks. Entschuldigung, aber das käme mir seltsam vor.

I know I’m late to the party, but for a number of reasons I have been sort of absent from the blogosphere for the past couple of months, so unfortunately I never got round to thank you for including me among your Blogs of the Year… As you rightly guessed, I’m not really into stars and awards but it is nice to receive one anyway
