Brad, the spiritual leader

After his castration Brad change a lot. At first he had a high-pitched voice and he didn’t want to eat with the other lambs anymore. Now he has his old voice back and he eats with the other lambs and comes in the house to eat in the kitchen. He doesn’t attack the dogs anymore and is very peaceful. The days, in which he wanted to achieve the world domination, are over. He is no superhero anymore, he is a holy lamb or at least our spiritual leader.

Brad. He looks very good, long days of meditation about the sapidity of grass on the endless fields of Normandy have formed this probably tasty body. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported

Hum, don’t worry, the ewe wasn’t sick anyways, she was lying there only because she was waiting for me to open the gate. She was bored and we will never know what Brad said to her.😉

Berta lies around most of the time. She lies at the fence to watch the cottage. If I go out she jumps up and runs to me or runs into the cottage if I leave a door open. She can run very fast though she’s a bit fat. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported

Sometimes I wonder if Berta is possessed of the spirit of Shawn, her twin brother. He used to leap with stretched legs. Now Berta does that sometimes. She gets really fast. That seems to annoy Kleines (the biggest ewe) and then they fight a bit. No, sheep are usually not peaceful.

  1. Awe, he’s grown so much! Would love to come hang out with you and the sheep!

  2. I love your posts. You have a great imagination.🙂

    • The big dogs are still a bit scared of him or maybe impressed of his wisdom (if wisdom is a head that can bang in ones ribs in no time).
