Round chestnut sheep

Berta is an ewe and was born in 2009. She had a fantastic looking brother by name of Shaun. Sadly the boys get aggressive when socialised with dogs and thus Shaun packed his belongings, took his walking stick and left. *cough* Sometimes I wonder, if Shauns spirit possesses Berta. For example when she jumps around like a bouncy ball.

She stays often at the cottage. Looks inside the windows of the living-room – “Don’t eat when I’m hungry.” – eats chestnuts in autumn or lies at the fence to keep an eye on me. She is very round. She demands her own bowl of food every morning. I am unsure if my sheep are really sheep. At least I doubt they know they are sheep or how average sheep behave.

Brad doesn’t know how to behave sheephishly either. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported

Phex doesn’t approve of Brad rubbing his head on my knee. “Nobody respects wolves!” Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported

One of the girls eats a chestnut, she isn’t thin either. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported

Brad is also quite round. Buddha might be his ideal. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported

Kleinfleckchen and Stirnlöckchen are too thin. Stirnlöckchen is very old and may be however she likes to be. But Kleinfleckchen is worrying me a bit. Own photo, licence: CC by-SA/ Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported
